Girl Friday On A Monday
Hi everyone! I had alot of fun making this week’s card using the Sunday Sketch #18 (can you believe we are already up to #18!). Pocket cards are so versatile as you can fill them with whatever you like! I wanted to make a card for one of my little girls; she’s been working so hard at school, and I wanted to let her know that I appreciate her efforts. She loves butterflies, so I die cut some butterflies and made 3 inserts to put into the pocket. I’ll write a little message on each little insert for her…something that she would be able to read. I might stamp her name on the front of the pocket card, or maybe “thank you” or “sweet”? Still deciding:)
Here’s a picture with one of the inserts out of the card;
I used my precious hoard of Cosmo Cricket’s Girl Friday collection. It is always hard to cut into a sheet from this collection, but it’s tempered by the fact that it’s for my little girl (anything for her!!) and also that Peg is going to be getting some of the new CHA Cosmo Cricket collection in….can hardly wait!!
Thank you for visiting and happy 1st day of February:)

LOVE IT, Tinla! What a great idea for your little one…if she’s anything like Emily, I think her name on the front would be the best!
