Return Policy At PaperWorks Co., we want you be happy with your purchase, if for any reason you are not happy with the merchandise, we will offer you a refund (minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee), within 15 days of purchase. Manufacturer's defects must be reported to our us within 15 days of receiving your order. Please email us at sales@paperworksco.com to determine the appropriate action.
