What currency do you use?

-  All items are priced in CAD.  However, if you do wish to pay in USD, please contact us here before placing your order, and we will be more than happy to accomodate you!


Do you have a store front, or is your store, online based?

- Currently, we are an online based company.  This allows us save overhead costs, and thus pass the savings onto you by having the lowest price for our products, and frequent specials.


I live in Edmonton/surrounding area, how do I pick up my order?

-  If you live in the area, we welcome pick up at our home.  Alternatively, if it is more convenient, we can arrange a meeting place where you can pick up your order.  Simply place the order, indicate you will pick up, and email us at sales@paperworksco.com to arrange a meeting place.


I require a large quantity of an item, how do I go about it?

-   Because we are a new company, we are slowly accumulating inventory.  Often, customers like to order a large quantity (more than the indicated stock).  If this is the case, email us and let us know the quanity you need, and we will be able to arrange with our supplier.  Depending on the quantity and type of product, there is often a discount available for those who purchases by the bulk.


I am looking for a specific product but you don't carry it, is there a way I can order them?

- We welcome special orders.  Since we are a growing company, we may not have everything you are looking for, but have no fear, we are more than happy to special order that item for you.  Just go to "contact us" and send us an email, and we will get back to you ASAP.  Please note that there may be a longer delivery time.


How long do I have to wait for the order to arrive?

- We try our best to quickly process your order.  Processing time takes about 1-3 business days.  We use Canada Post Expedited or Regular mail, and occasionally UPS.  Canadian customers, shipping will be about 1-5 business days.  US customers, shipping takes about 6-12 business days.  Upon shipping, most orders will recieve a tracking number which they can track at www.canadapost.ca
